Kforce places in top five of Forbes’ 2017 America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms

Kforce has earned a top five spot of the 250 firms listed as America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms by Forbes for the second consecutive year. In their announcement, Forbes stated that the list is based on recruiter, candidate, and HR manager feedback and is designed to showcase the most trusted firms in the industry.

List Methodology
In partnership with analytics firm Statista, Forbes ranked the list based on survey results from 4,500 candidates and HR managers and 30,000 external recruiters. Over the course of three months these individuals were surveyed via e-mail and asked to recommend up to ten recruiting firms. What resulted is a list of 14,500 nominations. Final rankings are based on the number of nominations as well as an assessment of survey responses in the areas of quality of selection, process, communication, candidate fit, understanding of company culture, and price-performance ratio for offered services.
